Consumers have a one-month right of withdrawal.

Withdrawal Policy

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within one month without providing any reason. The withdrawal period is one month from the day on which you or a third party designated by you, who is not the carrier, took possession of the last part of the shipment or the last item.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us (MTL Crafts d.o.o., Pilanska bb, 78000 Banja Luka, Bosnia and Herzegovina, info@mtlcrafts.com, Phone: +387 66 993 614) by means of a clear statement (e.g., a letter sent by post or an email) about your decision to withdraw from this contract. You may use the attached model withdrawal form, but it is not mandatory.

To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send the notification of exercising your right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period expires.

 

Consequences of Withdrawal

If you withdraw from this contract, we will reimburse all payments we have received from you, including delivery costs (except for any additional costs resulting from your choice of a delivery method other than the least expensive standard delivery offered by us), without undue delay and no later than fourteen days from the day on which we receive the notification of your withdrawal from this contract. For this reimbursement, we will use the same payment method that you used in the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise with you; in no case will you be charged fees for this reimbursement. We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back or until you have provided proof that you have returned the goods, whichever is earlier.

You must return or hand over the goods to us without undue delay and, in any case, no later than fourteen days from the day on which you notify us of the withdrawal from this contract. The deadline is met if you send the goods before the fourteen-day period has expired. You bear the direct costs of returning the goods, with the shipping price determined individually based on the size and weight of the product. You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods if this loss of value is due to handling that was not necessary to ascertain the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the goods.

The right of withdrawal does not apply to the following contracts:

• Contracts for the supply of goods that are not prefabricated and whose production requires an individual choice or specification by the consumer, or which are clearly tailored to the personal needs of the consumer.
